Board Member
Alys is a Housing and Community Development Consultant with a Masters in Public Administration. She previously served as the City of Syracuse Housing Director, and she currently is based in Livingston Manor, and consults on housing and neighborhood planning, analysis and education.

Taylor Jaffe
Board Member
Taylor works as a Program Manager for Catskill Mountainkeeper, our region’s leading environmental advocacy organization. She also has extensive experience with agriculture and food systems, having grown up on a sustainable poultry farm in Livingston Manor.

Linda C. Hartley
Board Member
Linda C. Hartley is Principal of H2Growth Strategies LLC, a Livingston Manor-based consulting firm that partners with nonprofits to build leadership, increase support, and generate lasting social impact. H2Growth has worked with more than 100 nonprofits in New York, the United States, and Europe to raise over $1.5 billion through planning, fundraising and board building. She holds an MBA in Management from New York University.

Caitlin Martusewicz
Architectural Advisor
Caitlin is a partner at Cycle Architecture and the Chief Operating Officer of Cycle Retrotech, where she promotes new climate tech while improving people's experience with where they live and work. She is a Cooper Union Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture graduate, an Irma Weiss Fellow, and a Certified Passive House Designer (CPHD).
